SAC305 solder bar is a tin silver copper alloy solder, we can see from its composition Sn96.5Ag3.0Cu0.5 (lead free tin) that it contains 96.5% of tin as base metal, and adding 3% of silver and 0.5% of copper. This tin bar complies with lead free regulations such as ROHS or REACH. In XF Solder factory we generally cast this SAC305 solder bar in to weight of about 0.7kg to 1kg per piece.
