Lead free solder paste including:
SAC305 lead free solder paste: this tin paste is lead free and RHoS compliant. It contains 96.5% of tin (Sn), 3% of silver (Ag), 0.5% of copper.
SAC0307 lead free solder paste: this tine paste is lead free and RHoS compliant too. It contains lower percentage of silver when comparing to SAC305 tin paste. It contains 99% of tin, 0.3% of silver, and 0.7% of copper.
Leaded tin solder paste including:
Sn63Pb37 tin lead solder paste. This tin paste contains 63% of tin and 37% of lead.
We generally manufacture the solder paste with tin powder size 25 to 45 um, type 3 (T3). Suitable for reflow soldering or hot air gun soldering.
