2. Solder wire 40/60 we can make it 1mm diameter solder wire 40/60 or 2mm diameter solder wire 40/60. Actually we also have other alternatives of 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.2mm up to 3mm or 3.2mm wire diameters. Some applications are for soldering of small electronic components then small wire diameter is more suitable, while for some applications such as soldering of capacitors or copper pipes etc, 3mm or 3.2mm wire diameter is more preferred.

3. For reselling purpose, small rolls of solder wire like 100g solder wire 40/60 and 200g solder wire 40/60 will be ideal. Generally DIY-er or for repairing work, people will not need to much solders, so a small roll of 100g solder wire Sn40Pb60 or 200g are good enough.
