Metal: Tin and Lead

Core: Rosin Core, no clean core, 2.2% as standard. Optional 1.1% or 3.3%

Composition: 60 40 Sn60Pb40

Wire diameter: 0.2mm, 0.3mm 0.6mm 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.2mm upto 3.2mm 

Weight per roll: 100g, 200g, 250g, 500g, 700g, 800g, 1000g

Application of 60 40 Rosin Core Tin Lead Solder Sn60Pb40:

1. This 60 40 solder is used for soldering electronic devices or electrical parts, such as PCBA, TVs, Speakers etc.

2. Solid core 60/40 can be used for soldering of metal, such as copper roofing etc

3. It can be used for assembly of stained glass. 

 

Cost wire, the 60 40 Rosin core tin lead solder Sn60Pb40 has no big difference comparing to 63 37 solder, it's slightly cheaper than 63 37, and with a small pasty range of 7 degrees. Good electrical conductivity, easy to melt and flow, solder joint is bright.
