What is flux core solder for electronics?

This is a type of solder wire that is pre-made with a flux core (rosin based flux no clean type) inside the wire, this type of solder is easy to use, as it already contains flux, so there is no need to prepare external flux in separete, it can be used directly to solder electronics. If we choose a solid solder without the flux core, it's a must to get external flux to use together, that would be a bit time consuming & troublesome.

Parameters about flux core solder for electronics:

1. Compositions: Lead free solder such SAC305 solder, SAC0307 solder, SAC07 solder; Leaded solder such as Sn63Pb37, Sn60Pb40, Sn50Pb50, Sn40Pb60 etc.

2. Core: rosin based flux core, no clean need (ROL0 or ROL1 type)

3. Applications: this flux core solder is used for electronics soldering, no matter for mass production in factory or for small repair projects.

4. Wire diamter: 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 1mm 2mm upto 3.2mm etc.

5. Weight per roll: we can make this flux core solder for electronics either in small rolls such as 50g/roll, 100g/roll, 200g/roll etc, or into bigger rolls such as 500g/roll, 1000g/roll etc.

6. Packing: 20rolls in one box (small rolls) or 10rolls in one box (big rolls).

7. Pallets would be used during delivery, suitable for LCL shipping.
