What is 1mm Solder Wire?

It's a solder wire that is with wire diameter 1mm thick. In the markets, the mostly common seen diameters in the markets would 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.2mm soldere wire.

 

Datasheet of 1mm Solder Wire:

1. Alloy: All solder wire can be made into 1mm diameter, such as Sn96.5Ag3.0Cu0.5 solder, Sn99Ag0.3Cu0.7 solder, Sn99.3Cu0.7 solder, Sn63Pb37 solder, Sn60Pb40 solder etc.

2. Types of core: the 1mm solder can be made with rosin flux core suitable for soldering electronics, or with a solid core (no flux inside) to be used for electronics soldering or metal soldering.

3. Weight of the coil: We can customize to make the weight of each roll as per customer requirements, from 50g per roll to 1000g/roll. If you are aiming to provide to re-tail shops for repairing works, DIY works, we recommend that you buy small rolls such as 100g/roll or 200g/roll; If you are factory making mass production, it would be more reasonable to use big rolls such as 500g/roll, 800g/roll or 1000g/roll etc.
