Introduction of Low Temperature Sn Bi Sn42Bi58 Solder Paste 500g for Electronics:
Sn42bi58 solder paste is a solder alloy of tin and bismuth, so it's know as Sn Bi Solder paste too. This solder paste has a low melting point at 138℃, it's suitable to be used for soldering temperature senstive electronic compoents. For such an application, low temperature solder paste is required.
The solder paste is a mixture of solder alloy powder & flux. Generally we use T3 (powder size 20 to 45um) solder powder, this ingredient is what eventually forms the solder bead after heating. The flux or the grease inside the solder paste is to provide visicosity in order to hold paste after stencil printing, meanwhile to active the solder during the assembly of electronics.

1. We provide different weight of the Sn42Bi58 solder paste, from 100g/jar to 2kg/jar. But our standard packing is solder paste 500g, such as a size is most common and suitable for being used in EMS factories. And we generally for our label XF Solder on the low temperature solder paste, but in case you need to put your own in house brand we can do OEM for you.
2. And because solder paste for electronics printing has to be cold stored, so before shipping we will use foam box to load these sn bi solder paste. Foam box provides a good thermal insulation to keep low temperature inside the box.
3. A carton will be used as outer packing. This thick carton can provide the solder paste 500g jar to be broken during trasportation. It's more recommended to deliver the low temperature solder paste by air, so that buyers can receive them in shortest time and put them in refrigerator after receiving.
