China solder wire 63/37

 

China solder wire 63/37 is the eutectic solder alloy which has a lowest melting point within the tin / lead solder wire family. The liquidus temperature and solidus temperature of China solder wire 63/37 is same at 183℃, it's made of 63% of tin and 37% of lead. 

 

Cost wise: the solder wire 63/37 is the most expensive one inside the tin / lead solder wire family. At the moment, about 16USD/kg at EXW price and of course actual price will be subject to order quantity and the actual tin ingot price and exchange rate.

 

Solder property: China solder wire 63/37 have very good wetting property and it flows quickly, also this is a high tin solder wire which gives the solder joint a very good bonding strength and shear strength after soldering. The solder joint will not become fatigue easily and it has the best electrical conductivity. It's the best solder alloy within the tin / lead group, and ideal for applications of high end us. In some applications where is just medium or low end applications, then you could consider lower tin content to save cost, but high end use we will recommend solder wire 63/37 alloy.
